Role & Responsibilities
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Handling end to end hiring process, Recruiting right candidates for the role, Selection, Offer and Negotiation.
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Induction process
- Manage employees grievances and work towards resolution
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Preparing job description for employee
- Ensuring that the Full & Final Settlement is sent and computed for all the ex-employees
- Issuance of Letters Appointment letter, Promotion Letter and Reliving Letters
- Liaise with the various Department / Team / Management for smooth function of work
- Ownership of maintaining the Master Database
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
