Eagle Security and Personnel Services was formed in 1980 in response to an escalation of public order and safety-related issues of the construction, commercial, retail, industrial, and sports & leisure industries. “Security You Can Trust” Our ambitious company has grown considerably due to our high standards of professionalism and expertise and is now recognized nationally for 40 years.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Handling end to end hiring process, Recruiting right candidates for the role, Selection, Offer and Negotiation.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Induction process
  • Manage employees grievances and work towards resolution
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Preparing job description for employee
  • Ensuring that the Full & Final Settlement is sent and computed for all the ex-employees
  • Issuance of Letters Appointment letter, Promotion Letter and Reliving Letters
  • Liaise with the various Department / Team / Management for smooth function of work
  • Ownership of maintaining the Master Database
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
