The intern would primarily be working on drafting varieties of agreements and research memos throughout their internship.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Tasks would include Legal Research, Content writing and assistance in Drafting Agreements and Memos.
• The candidate must be in 4th/5th year of their law course or 3rd year if pursuing a 3-year law course.
• The candidate with prior experience in corporate internships at a law firm would be preferred.
• The candidate must have basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and an interest in the Corporate Sector.
• The candidate must be sincere, disciplined and well-spoken.
• The candidate must have knowledge of using MS Word and MS Excel.2
