Lawssistance’ is an online legal service providers page founded by Mira Mukhi Banga, an independent legal practitioner holding an experience of over 5 years in the field of Corporate Law. Team Lawssistance comprises lawyers who are dedicated to provisions of services including without limitation drafting and reviewing various investment contracts, commercial contracts, media, and entertainment contracts as well as wills.
About the Opportunity
The intern would primarily be working on drafting varieties of agreements and research memos throughout their internship.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Tasks would include Legal Research, Content writing and assistance in Drafting Agreements and Memos.
- The candidate must be in 4th/5th year of their law course or 3rd year if pursuing a 3-year law course.
- The candidate with prior experience in corporate internships at a law firm would be preferred.
- The candidate must have basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and an interest in the Corporate Sector.
- The candidate must be sincere, disciplined and well-spoken.
- The candidate must have knowledge of using MS Word and MS Excel.2
