The role provides active involvement in arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums rather than only backend support work.

Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal documents across forums
Preparing detailed research notes on complex and evolving areas of commercial law
Briefing senior counsel and managing matter files end-to-end
Appearing before arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums
Tracking judgments, legislative developments, and procedural changes affecting active matters

2–3 years PQE with genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
Strong drafting and research skills
Ability to independently take ownership of matters

Work across arbitration, IBC, real estate, banking disputes, Supreme Court, and High Court litigation
