- Managing disputes across multiple forums
The role provides active involvement in arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums rather than only backend support work.
Scope of Work
- Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal documents across forums
- Preparing detailed research notes on complex and evolving areas of commercial law
- Briefing senior counsel and managing matter files end-to-end
- Appearing before arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums
- Tracking judgments, legislative developments, and procedural changes affecting active matters
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–3 years PQE with genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong drafting and research skills
- Ability to independently take ownership of matters
