India’s Supreme Court recently expressed concern about the vacancies of paraspecialists in India and the failure of relevant authorities to fill vacancies. The panel of judges, Judge BR Gavai and his Judge Vikram Nath, were found at the judgment dated 13th.
“The current petition paints a very sad picture of the constant shortage of 1,003 valuable super-specialists on the one hand, and on the other hand, how these precious places remain vacant.”
Following this observation, the bank advised Assistant Secretary Aishwarya Bhati to “impress the relevant authorities to find the problem with the Director General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), in order to find a solution to the problem. This committee will consist of representatives from Indian states and private medical schools. Please note that the next academic session will start in July.
The bank also asked the magistrate to urge the commission to find a solution by July.
“The admissions process for the next academic session will start in July 2023. Therefore, we have asked the experienced Additional Attorney General of India to ask the proposed commission to come up with a solution before the start of the next academic session. We are asking you to impress them to come up with it.” The bank has ordered a hearing on the matter on Tuesday, July 4. The petitioners were represented by senior attorney Devadat Kamat and his attorneys Lzafeer Ahmad BF, Vishnu Sharma AS, Purvi Mathur, Kushagra Sharma and Rashmi Nandakumar.
