Roles and Responsibilities

• Taking care of the regulatory affairs of the company and Working on statutory compliances
• Drafting legal contracts and agreements with the company’s associates and clients.
• Identifying Collaborators and establishing collaboration or joint ventures to carry out company’s activities.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, including registration documents.
