About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Advocate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract management, legal drafting, legal research, civil law, and handling civil matters, along with a strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse legal areas in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage various types of contracts and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
Assist senior legal staff in IPR, especially in civil matters.
Handle civil cases, prepare legal opinions, and coordinate with external counsels when needed.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
Maintain organized legal records and support contract audits.
Assist with matters related to Intellectual Property Rights.
Knowledge of commercial law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Experience managing legal documentation and compliance.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
2–3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and handling civil matters as well as IPR.
Strong understanding of civil law, IPR procedures.
Excellent communication, drafting, and legal research skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
