About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior Advocate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in contract management, legal drafting, legal research, civil law, and handling civil matters, along with a strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse legal areas in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage various types of contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist senior legal staff in IPR, especially in civil matters.
- Handle civil cases, prepare legal opinions, and coordinate with external counsels when needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- Maintain organized legal records and support contract audits.
- Assist with matters related to Intellectual Property Rights.
- Knowledge of commercial law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Experience managing legal documentation and compliance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and handling civil matters as well as IPR.
- Strong understanding of civil law, IPR procedures.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and legal research skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
