What will you do?

  • Company Secretarial Support – Assist in preparing notices, agendas, and minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings; maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Legal Documentation & Coordination – Support in drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents (agreements, NDAs, MoUs), and coordinate with user teams on contractual clauses to ensure compliance and operational alignment.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Filing – Prepare and manage compliance documents, filings, and regulatory returns under applicable company laws; maintain organized documentation.
  • Stakeholder & Government Liaison – Facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow between T-Hub and statutory/government authorities, including follow-ups and submission of official documentation.
  • Startup Support & Service Orientation – Provide responsive support to startups associated with T-Hub, demonstrating flexibility to address requirements beyond regular office hours when necessary.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce discipline.
  • Pursuing Company Secretary (ACS) course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Semi-qualified CS candidates preferred.

Experience

  • 7–8 years of post-qualification legal experience.
  • Exposure to Section 8 companies, startup ecosystems, or contract management systems is desirable but not mandatory.

Excellent drafting, documentation, and record-keeping abilities.

Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing deliverables.

Professional demeanor with a strong sense of accountability.
