Job Responsibilities:

• Representing clients in trademark disputes: Handling oppositions, revocations, and other contested proceedings.
• Advise clients on trademark registration and protection: Providing legal advice on trademark matters and helping clients understand their rights and options.
• Drafting and filing trademark applications and oppositions: Preparing the necessary legal documents and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
• Conducting legal research: Researching intellectual property laws and case precedents to support legal arguments.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of client cases: Keeping track of case files, deadlines, and other important information.
• Additional Responsibilities (may Vary): Handling trademark searches: Searching for existing trademarks to determine the availability of a proposed trademark.

Eligibility & Qualifications
