Job Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in trademark disputes: Handling oppositions, revocations, and other contested proceedings.
- Advise clients on trademark registration and protection: Providing legal advice on trademark matters and helping clients understand their rights and options.
- Drafting and filing trademark applications and oppositions: Preparing the necessary legal documents and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
- Conducting legal research: Researching intellectual property laws and case precedents to support legal arguments.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of client cases: Keeping track of case files, deadlines, and other important information.
- Additional Responsibilities (may Vary): Handling trademark searches: Searching for existing trademarks to determine the availability of a proposed trademark.
- Drafting opinions on trademark matters: Providing legal advice on the likelihood of success in trademark disputes or obtaining trademark registration.
- Managing client portfolios: Overseeing the management of a client’s portfolio of trademarks.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Legal degree (LL.B or equivalent): A law degree is typically required for this position.
