Eligibility

  • Graduate in Commerce / Law
  • CS Inter (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Powerpoint and Data Analysis
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum experience of 7 to 10 years

Responsibilities

  • Issuance of Powers of Attorney and other related matters pertaining to the same, viz. drafting Minutes, Record-keeping of the PoAs, MIS, etc.
  • Product License related work and interacting with concerned business / Ministry i.e. Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade and other administrative work related to the same
  • Submitting Director-related KYC documents to Business / Departments for business purposes in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Files Management for Dept.
  • Day to day administrative work as required i.e. IEP5, Secretarial work.
  • Managing work related to Delegation of Powers Committee
  • Issuance of Product license and monitoring Monthly Production Returns submitted by factories
  • Handling Statutory documents and Director related documents
  • Administrative Work
