Details of the Job/Internship

Spinny is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing effective support for corporate legal and day-to-day business queries.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents including, but not limited to legal notices, replies, complaints, plaint and suits.
• Possess strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights Law, especially Trademark and Copyright, and provide daily solutions to related queries.
• Skilled in drafting Cease and Desist notices & replies, Notices for Copyright infringement & replies, Copyright Complaints, Statements of Use, etc.
• Experienced and proficient in filing trademark and copyright applications, oppositions, objections, and Statements of Use. The candidate will be required to attend and represent the company at IP hearings.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Spinny policies, create business efficiencies, and minimize/eliminate risks.
• Capable of handling and resolving issues and assignments given to them.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: L.L.B from a reputed university.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Thorough understanding of the following areas of law: IPR, Company Law, Consumer Law, Fundraising, Due Diligence, Risk Management, Contracts, IT, and Privacy.
• Experience working with legal teams of startup companies.
