About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting of Title document, verification of Title document to provide legal opinion on Title, and Civil Matters. As a member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in litigation and registration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to our Clients.
• In depth understanding of property laws, Banking laws, Company laws and registration process.
• Draft, Notices, Review and Revise, Legal Documents, Suites, Contracts, Agreements, Pleadings, and other relevant materials.
• Drafting of Deeds and Documents, Appearing before the registration authority for registration.
• Appearance before High Court Of Madras and Other Sub – Ordinate Courts at Chennai, DRT and NCLT.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy, negotiations, and decision-making.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends, and communicate their implications to the team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Law from an accredited institution
• Law Graduates/ Freshers.
• Enrolled as an Advocate before Bar Council of India.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in Tamil and English. Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam will be an added advantage.
