About the Job Opportunity

Makoons is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support legal functions related to contract drafting, compliance, legal research, and education regulations within the preschool industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct legal research on education, corporate, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with external counsel on specialized legal matters.
• Monitor changes in laws and update the team accordingly.
• Ensure legal compliance in business operations and support policy development.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B). Freshers can apply
• Experience: 0-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate or education law.
• Skills: Strong legal drafting, analytical skills, communication, and attention to detail. Familiarity with education regulations is a plus.
• Remuneration: Rs. 7 LPA
