About the Job Opportunity
Makoons is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support legal functions related to contract drafting, compliance, legal research, and education regulations within the preschool industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and policies.
- Conduct legal research on education, corporate, and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with external counsel on specialized legal matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and update the team accordingly.
- Ensure legal compliance in business operations and support policy development.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B). Freshers can apply
- Experience: 0-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate or education law.
- Skills: Strong legal drafting, analytical skills, communication, and attention to detail. Familiarity with education regulations is a plus.
- Remuneration: Rs. 7 LPA
