About the Job Opportunity


1. Corporate Governance:Prepare and maintain corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and filings with regulatory authorities.

  • Coordinate and support board meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and work with regulatory compliance teams with respect to applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Administrative Duties: Manage and organize corporate documents and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

  • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.

3. Legal Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

  • Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support various legal matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the cryptocurrency industry.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal or in a corporate governance role, preferably within the financial or cryptocurrency sector.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and compliance practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English essential
