About the Job Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Advocate with experience in family law, who can independently manage complex cases, mentor junior team members, and represent clients in high-stakes matters. This is a senior role, ideal for someone who is confident in their legal expertise, passionate about helping families, and committed to the highest professional standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently handle and appear in family law matters before Family Courts and High Court
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Draft complex petitions, replies, and legal notices
• Lead settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediation
• Supervise and guide junior advocates on research, drafting, and court appearances
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of full-time legal practice, ideally with a focus on family law
• Valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council
• Fluent in English and Kannada, both spoken and written
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and client-handling skills
