About the Opportunity

Lawssistance is Looking for Interns to join the Corporate Practice with them. Tasks would include Legal Research, Content writing and assistance in Drafting Agreements and Memos. A certificate shall be given at the end of the internship period.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be in the 4th/5th year of their law course or the 3rd year if pursuing a 3-year law course.
• A candidate with prior experience in corporate internships at a law firm would be preferred.
• The candidate must have a basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and an interest in the Corporate Sector.
• The candidate must be sincere, disciplined and well-spoken.
• The candidate must have knowledge of using MS Word and MS Excel.
