After the World Cup finale between India and  Australia the pitch shifted to a politics and  diplomacy the 2 + 2 took place. This week with  both countries focusing its consequences on  the indo Pacific region. 

Indian Australia healthy 2nd 2 + 2 ministerial Dialogue This week to set up defence  cooperation and strategic ties in sectors as as  critical Minerals trade and investment.   India’s defence ministry rajat singh and  foreign affair minister is they Shankar met with  australia’s Deputy Prime Minister and defence 

minister Richard M S and foreign minister  penny Wong as part of the ministerial dialogue – “ Is a partnership which is consequential for  us but it is crucial for our region and we see you  India as its central crucial to sort off region we  continue to work for peaceful stable prosperous  in which sovereignty is respected” 

The MEA said the discussions would cover  bilateral regional and global matter of  multilateral interests to further advance  cooperation under the India-Australia  comprehensive strategic partnership.  Both sides also exchanged views on shared  priorities for strengthening minilateral and  multilateral cooperation. 

The bilateral defence and strategic ties between  India and Australia are and upward trajectory in  the last few years.
