An online video of the event has emerged, showing the suspect pursuing the woman and firing at her. As the man pursues her and starts shooting at her, the woman can be seen pleading with her. The terrified lawyers in the area could also be seen leaving the area to protect themselves.

The stories state that her husband shot the woman because they were having a financial argument. The reports state that the shooter is a lawyer on suspension.

Three persons, including reputed gangster Jitender Gogi, were purportedly slain on September 24, 2021 inside a courtroom on the grounds of the Rohini Court Complex.
The event happened in Courtroom 207, where two guys were waiting pretending to be solicitors when Gogi, an undertrial, was brought in that morning. According to reports, they shot and killed him, and in response, the Delhi Police killed the two attackers.
Due to a personal feud between the defendant and a defence attorney, a low-intensity explosive was also witnessed in the Rohini court in December 2021.
