PQE Required

3 to 4 Years

Candidate Requirements

• Practical experience in both Civil and Criminal Litigation
• Active and regular appearance experience before courts and tribunals, including:
  • Hon’ble Bombay High Court
  • City Civil & Sessions Court
  • NCLT
  • Other relevant forums
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Thorough understanding of procedural laws

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
