Candidate Requirements
- Practical experience in both Civil and Criminal Litigation
- Active and regular appearance experience before courts and tribunals, including:
- Hon’ble Bombay High Court
- City Civil & Sessions Court
- NCLT
- Other relevant forums
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Thorough understanding of procedural laws
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
