The Court found that the University would complete the civil works within the period of four weeks as counting on this date and the university directed to vacate the professor as in the date of 15.03.2024.
The Court permitted that the respondent to file a representation to the University within the period of 10 days and directed the University to consider the representation.
Justice Subramonium Prasad Held that the University must be considered the representation of the visually challenged professor based upon the sympathy.
