The BCI( Bar Council of India) has declared the AIBE XV11 Results on 28th April 2023 on the website allindiabarexamination.com. To access the results the candidate has to enter the login detail that is user id and password issued during registration for AIBE XV11.
“Dear Candidates, We are pleased to inform you that the result of AIBE-XVII is now available to download,” a section/tab on the website (allindiabarexamination.com) reads.
The results was announced after the advocate addressed the supreme court aggrieved by the delay in the declaration of results.
The delay by the Bar Council of India:
“is jeopardizing the right of the Petitioner to practice as an Advocate and affecting her livelihood”, the plea filed by the advocate states.
“The right to livelihood is one of the facets of right to life guaranteed under article 21 of the Constitution of India. Life of the person would be miserable if he is unable to earn for his livelihood and therefore the right to earn by engaging in the profession in exercise of the right to practice a profession as enshrined in 19(1)(g) cannot be curtailed or restricted unreasonably.” The petitioner has stated in her plea.
On 5th February 2023, All India Bar Examination XV11 was conducted. The examination was successful conducted according to the Bar Council of India and it was conducted by pen and paper mode across 53 cities and 261 centres with technology enabled monitoring and confidentiality process to ensure the fair practice of exam.
One lakh seventy one thousand four hundred and two Advocates appeared for this exam which is just double than the last examination.
On the day of the examination, the BCI released a answer key on it’s website. However on April 20th 2023 more than 2 and a half months later, the Bar Council of India issued a notification with final key. It issued on April 20th. And said that the results will be announced soon, but no specified date has been given.
