About the Course Instructor

Nivedita Kaundinya is an enthusiastic and accomplished law professional with a rich blend of academic and practical experience. She holds a BA LLB (Hons) degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad, and a Master’s degree in Criminal and Security Laws from Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar. At Rashtriya Raksha University, she distinguished herself by winning the ‘RRU Gold Medal’ for securing the top position in the 2023 batch. Additionally, she cleared the UGC-NET examination in 2023, further demonstrating her academic excellence.
Nivedita has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Utthan-Shambhunath Institutions, where she has been deeply involved in legal education and mentoring. To further hone her skills and knowledge, she has participated in a number of Faculty Development Programmes and other certificate courses.
During her master’s degree, she worked as a ‘Student Research Associate’ at the School of Criminal Law and Military Law, Rashtriya Raksha University. In this role, she contributed to the PAIF Research Project (Police-Academia Research Forum) of Gujarat Police.
An active researcher, she has authored and presented research papers at prestigious national conferences. Her all-rounder personality is evident from her participation in numerous National and SAARC law moot courts, Youth Parliaments, and her success in university essay competitions and quizzes.
