About the Workshop

Legal Vidhiya presents a comprehensive 3-day online Moot Memorial Masterclass, designed to help law students transform a moot proposition into a well-researched, structured, persuasive, and court-ready memorial. The masterclass focuses on practical drafting, legal research, issue framing, argument development, citation, formatting, and final review.

The masterclass will provide a step-by-step understanding of the moot memorial drafting process, beginning with analysing the proposition and identifying strong legal issues, followed by systematic research and development of persuasive arguments. Participants will also learn how to structure their submissions effectively and use research and authorities to strengthen their memorial.

The sessions will be conducted by Adv. Mehul Bansal through live, interactive and practical sessions. Participants will work through the complete memorial-building process, from understanding the proposition and conducting research to drafting arguments, applying citation rules, formatting the memorial, and preparing the final submission.
