ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Mohmad Yousuf Dar did Bachelors in Sciences (B.Sc) from Government Degree College (Boys) Khanabal Anantnag and LL.M from Department of Law University of Kashmir, Srinagar. He qualified UGC NET in December 2013. Before joining the Central University of Kashmir in 2018, Mr Yousuf had been teaching in the Department of Law at University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar. He has to his credit one book, and nine research articles published in reputed UGC approved National and International Journals. He has also participated and presented research papers in National and International Seminars/Conferences/Workshops. His areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Environmental Law and Arbitration and Conciliation.
