The Allegations which states there was a through research on the Activities of Adani organizations started in 2016was irrelevant and without any conclusive evidence being put on investigation Agencies Statement given by SEBI to Hon’ble Supreme Court.

During a reply to a questions which was verified by securities and exchange board ( Sebi) in the intial hours of day in the hon’ble supreme court  the highest regulations organ has stated many Statements for reecieval of increased time to research in the Adani vs  Hindenburg matter

During Recent week when a application registered by sebi and hearing were taking place for permit of additional time period of half year to complete the research, a sitting team of C.J.I DY CHANDRACHUD, JUSTICE Narsimha . And JB PARDIWALA stated the possibility that it may not permit more than 90 days for completion of research .so only 60 days time period was permitted  by hon’ble supreme court.

At the end the sebi has informed the supreme court that it has interrogated the 11 international decision makers as per the multinational memorandum of cooperation and understanding(M.M.O.C.U)with  international institution of securities committee with relating to its research in minimum public shareholding (M.P.S) Rules.

Also at the end of hearing day the solicitor general requested the apex judiciary to permit sebi an additional time period of minimum half year to complete the investigation but the apex court gave only 60 days to complete investigation.
