About The Parul University National Moot Court Competition
The PUNMCC is annually organized by the Faculty of Law at Parul University to shape future legal professionals, by creating an insightful platform that imparts clinical legal skills through matters of constitutional significance. This year’s competition explores the issues that are cross-cutting between the Prevention of Money Laundering Act PMLA and the Indian Constitution.
The Competition was envisioned with the fundamental objective of encouraging and promoting the constitutional legal discourse among undergraduate law students while enhancing their knowledge and insights, and understanding of the contemporary matters of law.
With the ever-widening scope of law and the expanding translation of judicial activism, this competition presents a platform for shaping constitutional morality and the understanding of the fabric of law through legal issues and matters of national importance.
As a unique agenda of the PU National Moot Court Competition, the platform also brings together legal luminaries, whose judicial activism and societal contributions have made a significant mark on a national and global level.
