About the Job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Law professional (Having Expertise in RERA), located in Gaya. The role involves regulating the compliance as per RERA Act. 2016 in context with Bihar, Jharkhand, U.P, W.B RERA-Rules and

dealing with RERA-Registration and legal matters related to real estate and ensuring compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. The Rera Law professional will be responsible providing legal support, conducting research, writing legal documents, and handling labor and employment law matters.
