About the Program

The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) certification course is specially designed to provide the participants with in-depth knowledge and valuable skills related to Sexual Harassment laws and their application in the workplace. The course covers a wide range of topics, including the meaning of Sexual harassment, identifying various forms of harassment and its impact, complaint mechanisms, about internal complaint committee (ICC), inquiry procedure, legal compliance, prevention strategies, drafting of POSH policy and reporting & documentation pertaining to the POSH law. The Program will also discuss same gender cases, Me-Too cases and latest court judgements.

About the Opportunity

This training helps the learner understand their role in creating a safe and respectful workplace. With the help of real-life cases, the learner is guided through the subject from recognizing sexual harassment to preventing and reporting incidents appropriately.

By the end of this program, the participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of sexual harassment in legal settings and will be equipped with the skills and tools necessary to contribute to the prevention and eradication of sexual harassment.
