Roles & Responsibility

Conducting Case Law Analysis: Research and analyze relevant case laws, judicial decisions, and legal precedents to support ongoing cases and projects
Statutory Interpretation: Review and interpret various statutes, regulations, and legal provisions pertinent to the matters at hand
Preparing Research Memos: Compile and present findings in well-organized research memorandums
Reviewing and drafting agreements
