About the Internship

I. Handling Arbitration Matters And Conducting Legal Research

Coordinate with outside counsel regarding pending arbitration cases.
Conduct thorough legal research related to arbitration and dispute resolution.

II. Participant Follow-Up

Conduct follow-up with participants and acquire relevant information from candidates.
Maintain accurate records of communications and updates.

III. Policy Due Diligence

Conduct due diligence on the policy framework to check for possible conflicts with existing laws.
Ensure all company policies are compliant with current legal standards.

IV. Drafting And Liaison

Draft and file petitions, and liaise with officials and other authorities.
Prepare legal documents and correspondence as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements.
Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
Participate in meetings and provide insights on legal matters.
Eligibility Requirements:
5th-year law student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in commercial law, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Proficiency in handling MS Office, particularly Excel and Word documents.
Strong knowledge of legal drafting and research.
Availability for at least 3 months starting June 2024.
Benefits:
Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month, based on performance.
Offer Letter: Provided post probation period.
Certificate of Internship: Awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
