aiqa health is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate with 3 years of experience to join their Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Legal Agreements and Documents.
Coordinate with lawyers for ongoing litigation cases.
Conduct thorough legal research and work independently on assigned tasks.
Review and keep a check on contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Manage contract lifecycle
Ensure legal compliance in all contractual matters.

Eligibility

At least 3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management, and legal compliance.
Excellent research skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience in contract negotiation and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to match the pace with Business Requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
