The complaint outlines an incident where two protesters struck a Jewish undergraduate, who was draped in an Israeli flag, on the head with a metal water bottle. Furthermore, a faculty member is alleged to have terminated a class for 1,000 freshmen to launch into an 18-minute anti-Israel diatribe
• The University of California, Berkeley is currently embroiled in a legal battle over allegations of uncontrolled antisemitism. Jewish organizations have filed a lawsuit against the prestigious law school, claiming that it has become a hotbed for such behavior.
• The Louis D. Brandeis Center, a nonprofit organization, has lodged a complaint against the university’s administration, accusing them of turning a blind eye to the persistent issue of antisemitism on campus. The complaint cites instances of harassment and physical aggression towards Jews in the aftermath of Hamas’ attack on Israel on October 7.
