Holy Family Hospital is seeking a Junior Lawyer (Part-time) to assist in managing legal documentation and processes in collaboration with our legal advisers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Coordinate with legal advisers to ensure the timely and accurate processing of legal documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal records and files.
  • Act as a liaison between hospital administration and legal advisers to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a legal role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
