Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Chennai. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing client cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Additionally, the role involves providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with other team members to develop case strategies. The Senior Associate will also be involved in business development activities to expand the firm’s clientele.
Qualifications
Proficiency in managing litigation cases and expertise in real estate law
Strong research and legal drafting skills
Experience in client counseling and negotiation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
A valid Law degree
Active license to practice law in India
