About the Job Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Associate / Contract Reviewer to join our legal team. You’ll play a key role in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a broad range of contracts—including construction subcontractor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and more. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of contract law, sharp communication skills, and a proactive approach to minimizing legal and business risks.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyse legal terms and business provisions to ensure compliance with policies, laws, and best practices.
Redline contracts using clear and consistent legal language to mitigate risk and align with company goals.
Negotiate terms and conditions directly with vendors, clients, or external counsel.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders—legal, finance, procurement, and operations—to gather input and ensure alignment.
Maintain templates and help improve contract processes, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
Track contract status, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely execution and archival.
Support risk assessments and escalate high-risk issues to leadership as needed.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. preferred (but not mandatory depending on experience).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
