About the Job Opportunity

  • Learn about and stay on top of relevant laws, developments in the legal tech industry, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
  • Support the company in other corporate and commercial work including due diligence, privacy issues and other global regulatory issues that arise.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – BA LLB

  • Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) tool is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in translating contractual language for various departments and stakeholders within the organization.
