Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle legal cases in litigation or corporate law independently.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in litigation or corporate law is preferred.
- Strong communication, drafting, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases efficiently.
