About the Job Opportunity
This is a full-time on-site Associate role at Samay Law LLP. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing support on various legal matters within the firm’s focus areas.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Legal Research and Drafting skills
- Experience in court hearings and legal procedures
- Knowledge of banking, corporate law, and insolvency & bankruptcy matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- LLB degree from a recognized law school
