Role description
The Global Visa Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to individuals and organizations seeking visas for international travel. This role involves staying current with global visa regulations, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring that all visa applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive consultation to clients on visa requirements, processes, and documentation for various countries.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and immigration policies globally.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel plans and purposes, and provide tailored visa solutions.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collect, review, and organize visa application documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Submit visa applications to relevant consulates or embassies and track the progress of applications.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of global visa regulations and immigration policies
