About the Job Opportunity

This is a full-time on-site Advocate role in our Mumbai office, presently located near Bombay High Court.

• The Advocate will be responsible for assisting seniors, representing clients in courts and before Arbitrators/other Forums, conducting legal research, drafting notes, affidavits and other legal documents and helping provide practical legal advice.
• Day-to-day tasks will include keeping track of case status and latest judgments, interacting with clients for seeking necessary documents, organising case papers chronologically, drafting, briefing seniors, attending proceedings, ensuring compliance with legal procedures for filings and regularly updating the partners and clients in respect thereof.
• Timings (incl. lunch break): 10 am to 8 pm (+ or – 1 hour)

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Prior Experience with litigation & arbitration required
• Proficiency in Legal Research & Drafting
• Adept at Client Communication & Court Representation
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of electricity, real estate, IPR/media, revenue, municipal, company and/or criminal laws (& policies) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 6-10 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.
