About the Job Opportunity
The Legal Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the legal department by managing a range of tasks including contract and agreement reviews, maintaining essential data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing legal administrative support. The role also involves managing licensing processes, payments, and handling daily legal operational tasks as directed by senior authorities.
Job Responsibilities:
Contract and Agreement Management: Review, seek approval for, and sign various legal documents including contracts, agreements, exhibits, term sheets, and other legal paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines without delay.
- Data Management and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records for COIs (Certificates of Insurance), client data, and licenses.
- Manage annual and quarterly reports, payments to vendors, and payroll reporting.
- Ensure all records are maintained accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Licensing and Compliance:Procure, renew, and manage nursing licenses to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administrative Support:Review and sign Confirmation of Assignments, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all signed documents and manage daily administrative tasks.
- Meetings and Client Interaction:Attend meetings and client calls, ensuring legal matters are addressed promptly.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as instructed by senior legal authorities.
- Task Execution:Be attentive, detail-oriented, and ensure all tasks are completed within the specified timeframes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for all legal operations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law Graduate with a strong understanding of legal concepts and documentation.
- Skills:Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Hardworking, committed, and able to meet deadlines.
Additional Perks:
Must be willing to work the night shift at the Baroda office.
