Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary located in Ernakulam. The Semi-Qualified Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records, coordinating board meetings, ensuring compliance with company laws, filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities, and supporting the finance and legal teams. Day-to-day tasks include drafting resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, preparing minutes of meetings, and supporting the compliance and secretarial functions.
Qualifications
Passed Executive program and completed CS training
Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 ansd knowledge in RBI/NBFC regulations preferred
Experience in maintaining statutory records and assisting in board meetings
Proficiency in RoC filing and secretarial documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, or related field is preferred
Experience in the financial sector would be beneficial
