About the Job Opportunity
- Drafting of Deeds and documents, Agreements, Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding, and other agreements.
- Legal scrutiny and legal audit of documents for various approvals/permissions, contracts, revenue documents for several legal compliances.
- Coordinate and resolve the legal issues and extend necessary legal support to the reporting head.
- Legal research and study of different Acts, Case Laws, regulations, guidelines, government policies, and resolutions.
- Ensure compliances, documentary requisites of different permissions and applications, and circulate MIS to the reporting head.
- Conduct legal research considering the jurisdiction of the parties, facts, applicable laws, and legal system.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: LLB
