About the Job Opportunity

This is a full-time on-site Associate Advocate role located in Kolkata. The Associate Advocate will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court as when required.The office address is Room 4A, 5^th Floor, Ved Bhumi, Koyla Vihar Abhinandhan, VIP Road, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700052.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception to resolution assuring compliance with all the legal requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare well crafted responses to the legal notices addressing each and every allegation with precision and clarity.
• Handle all stages of litigation and arbitration including appearance, drafting, briefing, conducting legal research and filing.
• Collaborate with counsels as and when necessary.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Legal research, Communication and Drafting skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• LLB degree and registration in the Bar Council is a must.
• Experience in a legal or advocacy role is a plus
