Position Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to manage corporate compliance, governance, and finance & accounts–related activities. The role requires close coordination with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure statutory and financial compliance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
Handle ROC filings, statutory registers, and corporate records
Organize Board, Committee, and General Meetings; prepare agendas and minutes
Support finance and accounts functions, including finalization of accounts and MIS
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other financial regulations
